Biography
I am a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Applied Economics Department at the University of Minnesota. My research lies at the intersection of behavioral economics and consumer neuroscience, where I’m exploring consumer preferences for new food products and examining how decision-making frameworks influence purchasing behavior. I’ve worked on projects ranging from understanding consumer demand for sustainable food products to conducting latent class analysis to segment markets based on preferences.
