Biography
I am a second-year master's student in Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota. Currently, I am a research assistant for Dr. Hikaru Peterson as part of the Statewide Cooperative Partnership for Local and Regional Food Systems, which is a collaboration between the University of Minnesota, Minnesota Department of Agriculture, and over 40 organizations from around the state.
